Wellness in Focus: LTS GDS Annual Employee Health Check Event
LTS GDS held its yearly employee health check event at its office last week. The comprehensive health screening aimed to provide employees with essential health information and promote workplace wellness.
This year’s health check included blood work, blood pressure and BMI measurements, and vision and hearing screening administered by healthcare professionals. In addition to the screenings, employees had access to nutrition experts and informational booths covering health topics such as stress management, heart health, and smoking cessation.
“Here at LTS GDS, we strongly believe that healthy employees are happy, productive employees,” said Giang Dinh, LTS GDS’s COO. “The annual health check helps our staff proactively monitor their health and gives our company the opportunity to offer programs and benefits that meet their needs.”

Employees who participated in the health-check event received a personalized report of their results, along with recommendations for lifestyle changes and further testing, if necessary. Based on the collected data, our company offers wellness programs for employees.
