After the pilot, we gather comprehensive feedback from your team to finalize the specifications and establish clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Project manager will meticulously select qualified staffs based on their skills, experience, and suitability for your specific project requirements. Once the team is assembled, they undergo project-specific training. This training covers detailed guidelines, the use of specialized tools and platforms, quality control protocols, and best practices for maintaining consistency and accuracy.

With the requirements defined and the pilot successfully completed, we establish the operational framework for smooth execution. A dedicated PM will develop detailed communication protocols and create a comprehensive project timeline. Furthermore, the team will build a structured reporting system including project progress, key metrics, and quality performance, allowing stakeholders to track the project's status easily.

LTS GDS's team implements the established plan on a larger scale. We closely monitor progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined in the SLAs through multiple QA processes. Additionally, PM and IT comtor update progress on a regular basis to ensure that all activities meet the agreed-upon standards.

Before closing the project, our operation teams employ a multi-layered QA process to ensure the entire project meets the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and that the deliverables fully align with the expected results. Upon successful completion of the final quality check, we deliver all processed datasets and conduct dedicated testimonial and feedback sessions.
