  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+), native speaking is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM and sales enablement tools. 
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Flexible time adjustment to adapt to customer's time zone. 
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet customers.
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google Suite office skills.
